Public Interest Fellowship

2009 Public Interest Fellowship Auction

The Seventh Annual Public Interest Fellowship Auction will be held on Friday, April 3, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. at the School of Law. 

Help Us to Extend Our Commitment to Public Service

This year's Auction will fund summer public interest fellowships. Over the past six years, more than forty UDM students have received stipends for summer public interest fellowships at various organizations, including:

• Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office
• African Women’s Lawyer’s Association in Accra, Ghana
• American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan
• Freedom House
• Elder Law Center of Neighborhood Legal Services
• City of Detroit Human Rights Department
• National Wildlife Federation
• Salvation Army's William Booth Legal Aid Clinic

Make a Contribution By Donating Items or Attending the Auction

Your contribution this year will enable us to fund the summer public interest fellowships, allowing students to fulfill their call to service and work toward the public good. Please help this worthy cause by attending and/or contributing items for the auction.
